Grounds for Sculpture

Another research trip to a sculpture park in New Jersey called Grounds for sculpture. This was a very cool place. Much more abstract and conceptual than Brookgreen Gardens. There is even supposedly a Paley piece there, even though I couldn't find it. I got the inspiration for for my final piece there even though it hardly resembles the its inspiration anymore.

A Chair Design That May Never Be Built

Here are some early drawings and sketches for a chair design that I quickly realized I would not have time to build this year. It is obviously based on a larger version of my maquette from last semester. Even though it's a little overly ambitious and I won't have the time to complete it this year, I still think this design has great potential and could be very cool.
